Your Order Process

1) Place an order through our online configuration system www.palicomp.co.uk, via email using sales@palicomp.co.uk or on the telephone by calling (01270) 898104 where our staff will be only to please to take your order and/or discuss your requirements.

2) Phone Call If your order is placed online you wil get a call to ensure no changes need to be made to the order and that everything is in stock etc so we can complete your order on our URGENT Q-JUMP service.

3) Payment If you have entered card details into our website, then payment will be taken. If you have selected Palicomp Finance then the PC will be built and tested within 1 day of recieving the signed documents as apposed to 10 days.

4) Production On our URGENT Q-JUMP service, your order is sent straight to production, and parts that have already been pretested are used to quickly assemble your PC. I.e. We have many bundles CPU, Board  & Ram, that are ready to go and only used for this URGENT Q-JUMP service. We then just add the other parts that have customised. These will have been already been tested in our testbays beforehand to ensure you system arrives the next working day without any stability issues. Cut off times are around 3pm dependent on demand and phone call as per point 2 and for weekend orders on an URGENT Q-JUMP the order will leave us Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

5) Testing Station As soon as the build process is complete, an URGENT Q-JUMP order will be put straight into the testing phase, where it will be tested intensivley until the dispatch deadline (You will be notified of this by Phone).

6) Packaging All base units and systems are packaged with great care using polystyrene cradles and bubble-wrap and if required double boxed too.

7) Dispatch All URGENT Q-JUMP orders are send straight to our dispatch area where a consignment number is generated and DPD will collect your parcel at approx 6pm. Please note that DPD do deliver next day in 99% of cases and also email you a delivery window, but we are not the courier so cannot guarantee 100% that this will happen. The Urgent Q-JUMP service is basically a palicomp service that puts your order ahead of the queue and allows your parcel to be dispatched on the same day and sent out on a next day delivery service. If for any reason there is a delivery issue with delivery, no funds can be refunded for this service

8) Tracking We will e-mail you all the DPD contact details and your consignement number so you can track your parcel which should be with you next working day if you are UK mainland. You can call DPD with your details or go to their site for a more approx ETA

 * Q-Jump ensures that the PC leaves us on the day agreed between sales and the customer. Any delay with the courier is unavoidable by us and i.e. any charge is none refundable.
