Delivery

Delivery
Delivery is free for PC's to the mainland of the UK, anything overseas incurs a surcharge - Go to Delivery charges/times.
Who Delivers
We use DPD, they give an hourly delivery slot by text message and E-mail, you get multiple delivery options also. Why DPD
How long for PC Delivery
We have a range of build/delivery times - Go to build delivery/times.
How are they packaged
Our systems are double packaged and the PC system is protected in the inner box with polystyrene. Graphics cards
can be supplied seperately to avoid transit damage, check all packaging contents upon receipt.

Payment

Payment options
We accept all major credit /debit cards, paypal, BACs, American Express can only be used via Paypal. See all options.
Are there any surcharges
We do not apply any surcharges for any payment's made in full. It is your money right so why would we charge you for using it!.

Warranty

Standard
All our systems are supplied with a 3 Year Return to Base Warranty as standard.
Carefree
We offer various premium Warranty services, these include Collect & Return and one of the best service options in the industry.
D.O.A Period
We offer a 14 Day collection service for any issues reported within the first 14 days.

How We do things?

Order Procedure
After the order is placed online then we will E-mail you to ensure that the order is genuine and not fraudulent - we will then go through the
specification of the system to ensure that there are no issues with stock levels or config.
Once this is done then we proceed with the order and guarantee delivery as per your order. See Order Procedure
Test Procedure
All Systems are put through a rigorous test prior to leaving Palicomp - Test's vary dependant on the system specification and ensure that
the components are stressed to 100% for over 12 hours which is a unrelaistic scenario test to ensure 100% Stability. See Test Procedure

Finance

Who Provides our Finance
Palicomp use Novuna Personal Finance, they offer 0% Interest and Monthly Payment options, apply for Finance on any order over
£390.00. Once you have added your order to the basket you will see the various options.
What Finance Options
See our PC on Finance guide - You have 'Buy Now Pay Later' options over 6 months, if these are paid off within the 6 months then
it incurs a £29.00 admin fee, If you go over this then it reverts to monthly payments with interest, see our PC on Finance guide.
You have 'Monthly Payments' options over 2,3 or 4 years, this option is paid monthly and will include interest.

DEBIT/CREDIT CARD
Our quickest and most efficient method of payment is to pay by credit/debit card via our online payments system (available using our customise and buy pages - add to basket the PC you require, add any extras and them go to Checkout) OR call our Sales Department on (01270) 898104 where we can take your card details and process the sale there and then. We then allocate you a Palicomp internal reference number and will get your order processed down to production.
We accept all debit and credit cards except American Express, and also there is no surcharge for paying with debit or credit card.
